INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

My focus is on understanding how early childhood experiences leave lasting imprints on your overall functioning and influence your relationships and view of yourself.  If you are experiencing overwhelming stress, irritability, sleep disturbances or depressive symptoms such as sadness, numbness, or burn-out, know that things can look and feel different for you. While the path may seem unclear or overwhelming at times, the journey to healing and living a life where you don’t feel inundated in stress and can handle what comes your way is possible.

In our work together, I use an integrative blend of attachment theory, neuroscience, and somatic practices to address the relational, psychological, and physiological aspects of your experience. We will explore how your past trauma impacts your current life, helping you observe, understand and work through the sensations and emotions that arise. As we get grounded in our work, I will help you develop a better understanding of your trauma responses and navigate emotional highs and lows in a way that empowers you to remain in control and empowered. Over time, we’ll cultivate new experiences that guide you towards healthier and more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.
