Perinatal Mental Health


Postpartum Depression /Postpartum Anxiety 

1 in 5 to 7 moms and 1 in 10 dads experiences a perinatal mental health disorder.  Yes, dads can experience postpartum depression. When your partner is experiencing a mental health concern, it changes the dynamics of the relationship.  A sense of helplessness can overtake the relationship and let’s not mention that you are also juggling the added responsibility of caring for a baby.  You are not alone.

Pregnancy Loss

1 in 4 pregnancies end in a miscarriage.  Feelings of sadness and isolation are common following the loss of a pregnancy.  We all carry our feelings differently, grief is not meant to be carried alone.
